The Physiology Department of the National Olympic Academy's Physical Fitness Assessment and Development Center held a two-day, distance workshop to review the results of physiological tests and design of exercises based on test results on June 18 and 19.

NOA; Tehran: The purpose of the workshop, which was held virtually due to the
outbreak of the corona virus, was to introduce a variety of physiological tests
and the application of these tests in the design of exercises to 40 trainers
and athletes.
The
most important topics that were presented to the participants in this two-day
workshop were:
Review
of cardiovascular-respiratory data and their application, analysis of
respiratory gas test data and review of articles related to cardiovascular and
respiratory system, design of HIIT, HIT, HIRT, HIFT exercises, hand and foot
Wingit test and Semi laboratory cardio-respiratory tests.
