The Swimming National Team members participated in a distance workshop due to widespread outbreak of Covid19.
Iran NOC, Tehran: 8 qualified national swimmers participated
in 2 rounds of the workshop on “Targeting for the Olympic Games Qualifications”
was organized by the NOA, . The workshop included psychological matters,
cognitive and personality issues and also subjects on setting goals (SMART),
measurability and accessibility were taught to the participants.
