NOPA has been organized Strategic Sports Management Course for Iraqi sports administrator from 29 Nov. to 2 Dec. 2011.
Some 40 Iraqi sports administrators from different sports federation attend in the course. The topics which will be thought within the four days of the course are: concepts and importance of planning, sports management process and planning, SWOT analysis, mission and vision of the sports organizations, attractions and SWOT priorities of the organizations, strategic location of the organizations, drawing matrix, changing strategy to BSC, obstacles of strategy implementation in the organization and … . This course has been delivered for several times this year and NOPA hosted Iraqi sport administrator to promote their knowledge in the field of sports management to manage their organization in a better way.
